If you access or use the Cassyni website (https://cassyni.com/) (the Website), whether as a browser or registered Cassyni user, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use, which, together with our Privacy Policy and (if applicable) Platform Terms govern the basis on which you may access and make use of the Website. If you disagree with any part of these Terms of Use, please do not use the Website.

Please note, our Platform Terms will only apply to you if you hold a Cassyni account.
