Sexual health is a critical yet often neglected aspect of migrant and refugee women’s well-being. Existing healthcare systems prioritize survival over dignity, failing to address issues like sexual dysfunction, pleasure, and autonomy. This editorial highlights the need for structural changes, including culturally sensitive healthcare, inclusive education, and policies that affirm sexual health as a human right for all women, regardless of migration status
