12 Labours Seminar Series (Technology Platform 2): Clinical Workflows

This seminar will present Technology Platform 2 of the 12 labours project: A Physiome modelling platform for precision medicine. We will describe our efforts to integrate existing workflow and FAIR data management systems to enable researchers to create personalised and automated clinical workflows using the computational physiology models they are developing. Our research into technologies to facilitate clinical translation of these workflows will also be described, including the acceleration of simulations and efforts towards accounting for modelling approximations and uncertainty quantification. We will also describe plans for deploying infrastructure to run these workflows as part of pilot studies within clinical environments.
