  • Describe the process of developing the five DEI milestones for family medicine residencies
  • Hear the results of a national survey of FM residencies in which program directors rated their program using the DEI milestones 
  • Discuss how the DEI milestones can be used by departments/residencies to chart a course to improve their institutions and advance their DEI work
