QUALIFYING SUBMISSION
Only fully registered teams are eligible to submit the Qualifying Submission.
The Qualifying Submission provides the Judging Panel with the information to evaluate the capabilities and potential of the registered teams to progress to the Qualified Teams Testing
Round.
Teams are encouraged to submit their Qualifying Submission as soon as they are able within the submission period SO that they have as much time as possible to prepare
their solution(s) for later rounds of the competition, if selected as a Qualified Team.
