Overview:

This panel discussion will bring together experts from diverse higher education institutions to share insights and experiences in implementing data analytics programs. Participants will discuss the challenges and opportunities associated with building a data-informed culture.

Panel Format:

The panel will be moderated by Dr. Andrea Christelle of Dine College. Panelists will represent different types of institutes of higher education at various stages of their data analytics journeys. The discussion will be structured around key themes, including:

  • Getting Started: How to initiate a data analytics program, identify key stakeholders, and build a strong foundation.
  • Data Collection and Integration: Strategies for collecting, cleaning, and integrating data from diverse sources.
  • Data Analysis and Visualization: Best practices for analyzing data, identifying trends, and visualizing insights.
  • Data-Informed Decision Making: Using data to inform strategic planning, resource allocation, and operational improvements.
  • Evaluating Impact: Measuring the effectiveness of data-driven initiatives and demonstrating return on investment.
